Magholder offers a money back guarantee within 30 days of original purchase. We want to ensure our customers are 100% happy with their product. If it doesn't meet your expectations please reach out to us. 

To start a return, you can contact us at store@magholder.com to let us know you would like to return your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will be delayed in being processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping charges will only be refunded in the event that Magholder is at fault for a wrong item being sent, or defective product. 

There is a return fee of $5 that will be deducted from all refunds. Magholder does not provide return shipping labels unless there was a mistake with your order that Magholder is at fault for.
